PACKAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE
Package protection insurance, also known as shipping insurance or buyer protection, is a service that safeguards your purchases during transit against potential risks like loss, damage, or theft. Essentially, it provides a safety net for your orders, ensuring you're covered if something goes wrong during shipping.
Purchasing Respected Roots Package Protection when you place your order will ensure your package is covered 100% should your order get lost in transit or arrive damaged or melted.
We highly recommend adding Package Protection Insurance to your order.
Customers who decline Respected Roots Package Protection may not be reimbursed for damaged, melted, lost, or stolen products.

*Note: The shipping carrier may delay some packages, and they may arrive later than initially anticipated. The only GUARANTEED SHIPPING OPTION is UPS "NEXT DAY DELIVERY." All other shipping timeline quotes are estimates subject to changes and possible delays.
Please take extra care to keep your Respected Roots products in a temperature-controlled location. Our products contain natural ingredients, such as shea butter, that will melt when exposed to warmer temperatures or direct sunlight. Please be sure to retrieve your online order delivery as soon as possible so that it is not exposed to outside temperatures for extended periods. Avoid leaving your delivery on your porch, etc.

RESTRICTED ITEMS:
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air if they could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, fragrances, and nail enamels. We’re committed to getting you your order as soon as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That’s why we require orders containing one of these items to be shipped via Standard Ground Delivery only. If your order contains one of these items, you must choose Standard Delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.
